In light of my last post, I would like to raise awareness to an event that happened in April 18, 2007.
Three Christians, two Turks and one of them a German missionary, were working in their Bible bookstore in Malatya, Turkey that day. Five men whom they had come to trust came in, locked the door, and tied up the three Christians. When the police came to arrest them they slit their throats as a way of honoring Allah.
For me this happening was very personal and very close to my family. I cannot expound on it, for matters of privacy. I have not spoken of this until now, but I would like to raise awareness and to inform people–Christians are dying worldwide and huge injustices are being done in the name of money, Allah, and racism against the saints.
Here is the news briefing that played nationwide (and eventually worldwide through CNN, FOX, etc.) when the murders occurred in 2007. The trials are still ongoing and they have been very corrupt, but justice seems to be near. Pray it is!
I would encourage all of you to watch the trailer for the “Malatya Film”, a very well-made movie from the perspective of all the people involved and how they have forgiven the killers and recovered mentally and emotionally from this massacre.
Again here is the website, http://malatyafilm.org/ and the trailer for this great film can be found there. I would encourage you all to buy the movie and be both enlightened on world-wide activity against Christianity and to be encouraged in your faith. For God truly does heal the broken people, and he does not leave his children alone.
